Volleyball Match Between The 4th Year And 2nd year Students Of NITAP

On the 5th of September a volleyball match has been organized  between the 4th year and 2nd year students.The volleyball match has been organized as a part of Teachers day celebration at NITAP.

The 4th year team will be lead by Vivek Hanumante while the 2nd year team will be lead by Lindum Tassar. The 4th year which is the first BTech batch of NITAP has been unbeaten until now ,they were the winners of volleyball tournament organized during SWASTIK'12 while the 2nd year students were the runner ups.

Till now both the teams have met only a single time and the match was won by the 4th year students by a close margin, 22-25,25-8,23-25.The match will be organized at the ITBP volleyball court and will start at 11:30 AM.

The 2nd year team as of now is as follows:

NITAP's Cultural fest named ATULYAM

After a few days of tussle our cultural fest got its name changed from YOUTHFOLIE to ATULYAM . ATULYAM"13 going to be hosted from 3rd-5th october at National Institute Of Technology , Arunachal Pradesh as its annual cultural fest . Its second time when the college is going to host a cultural fest .
ATULYAM'13 is being hosted by its convenor Ankit Kumar Garg and its coordinator Chandra Mohan Rai.  Recently a competition was organized   to change the name of our cultural fest because coordinators were not satisfied by its previous name YOUTHFOLIE . Competition's results were announced on 30th and the fest was named ATULYAM . ATULYAM is a sanskrit word which means incredible in English.
But thats not all , name needs a logo too , so  a competition is organized to design a logo for our cultural fest ATULYAM'13 . The last date for submission of the logos is 2nd september ,interested candidates may submit their logos to coordinators . 
This cultural fest is going to be very special for the students of first and second year as it is  first cultural fest for them. Students are expecting a lot from this Fest and Fest is from Students ,actually it's some sort of  commensalism as students rely on the fest for fun and fest rely on us for its grand success.we can do nothing but just wait for those dates to come when each fraction of  time would be filled of vim , vigour and vitality.
so guys dont miss the fest as it relies on you.....its neither me who is appealing nor its the coordinator but its your fest which is asking you for your bit....
                                            

2nd years football team on the ground

A team which was only in dream of some is atlast on the ground . After a harsh selection procedure, at last the football team of second year(2012-16 batch)  is finally on the ground  headed by its captain Rakesh Das . It is because of Rakesh's & Team hardwork and continuos effort that we atleast got a football team of our batch . The second year team is a combo of these players...............................

                         Till now this team has no experience of playing as a team.But shortly they will be facing the 3rd year football team on 7th sep(match not official till date) which would be a very important match for both teams as it would help them to judge their abilities and potential . Second year guys are hoping a lot from this team especially from its captain Rakesh Das .
 3rd year's team is well experienced team and 2nd year's team has got some well experienced players making it a quite difficult task to make any preconception regarding the results of the match.We can do nothing but just wait , So lets wait & let the secret unfold .
